◢ How to frame the cost

This gear is a one-time CapEx the facility owns — separate from the BALL OS subscription. BALL OS runs on hardware you likely already have (a Mac + iPhones work to start), so most facilities go live for a fraction of what they expect. The new revenue it unlocks — sponsor cover-bars, family subscriptions, replay sales — typically pays the gear back inside the first season.
