Why only 25 seats?
We set up each Founding Partner by hand and want to learn from how every one of them runs. Twenty-five is enough to learn across different facilities and leagues, and few enough to give each real attention. The number is a constraint by design.
Is the Founding rate locked?
Yes, while your customer relationship with BALL OS remains active. Standard rates apply to everyone after the Founders window, and Standard rates may change over time. Talk to Coach about how the Founding rate applies if you change plans later.
What is the difference between Founding and Standard pricing?
Founding Partners pay a $997 activation and a lower monthly rate (Facility plans from $197, League plans from $147). After the Founders window, activation is $1,997 and monthly rates are higher (Facility plans from $497, League plans from $247). Each facility court beyond a plan's included courts is +$97 a month on both.
What is the application deadline?
December 31, 2026, or when all 25 seats are accepted, whichever comes first. Submitting an application does not fill a seat, and neither does payment on its own. A seat is filled only after BALL OS reviews the fit and formally accepts you.
How do you decide who is accepted?
Three things: operational fit (you run a sports facility or league with real customers), readiness (you can decide and begin onboarding within about 30 days), and variety (we want the 25 seats to cover a mix of facility sizes, leagues and regions). We do not accept applications that look like price-shopping.
What if I need something that is not live yet?
Ask. Basketball is live today. Pickleball scoring, shot charts, a film room and an installable Fire TV app are coming next, and the AI receptionist and AI stats from video are still rolling out. We will tell you exactly where each one stands.
