Anchor Customers, Not Beta Testers.

BALL OS is the revenue platform for sports facilities — booking, scoring, broadcast, sponsor management, subscriptions, and AI voice in one operating system. Standard pricing applies to anyone who signs up after the Founding Partner program closes.

Founding Partner is different: 25 operators who lock their monthly rate forever. The rate at signup is the rate in year 5, year 10, year 20. As BALL OS adds modules, raises prices, and grows the platform, you never get the price increase.

In exchange, we ask three things: you actually use the product (so we learn what works), you give us honest feedback (so we build the right things next), and you let us name you as a Founding Partner publicly (so other operators see real facilities running BALL OS). That's it. No equity, no exclusivity, no exit fees.

From day one of your subscription, your monthly rate is locked. Standard rates will rise as the platform grows; yours stays put. Founding Partner status carries forward through any future BALL OS ownership change.

Why only 25 spots?
Because we want this to actually matter. 25 anchor facilities is enough to validate every revenue stream across multi-sport setups, give us real case studies, and prove the unit economics. More than 25 dilutes the program; less than 25 doesn't generate enough diverse feedback. The number is a constraint by design.
Is the price locked forever — even if I upgrade tiers?
Yes. The lock is permanent. If you start at Starter and grow into Pro, your Founding Partner discount carries forward (you'll pay the Founder Pro rate, not the standard Pro rate). The discount delta is locked, not just the dollar amount. Same logic applies if you move from Pro to Facility.
What's the difference between Founder and Standard rate?
Founding Partners get a significantly discounted monthly rate locked at signup for the lifetime of the customer relationship. Standard rates apply to every signup after the 25 Founding Partner spots fill — and standard rates may rise over time as BALL OS adds modules and grows. Founder rates do not. Specific pricing is reviewed together on your 15-minute discovery call so we can match the right tier to your facility's situation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers later?
Yes to upgrade. The Founder discount carries forward at your new tier. Downgrade isn't typically allowed — Founding Partners are expected to grow into bigger tiers, not shrink out of them. If your facility downsizes significantly (sold courts, closed location), we work it out case-by-case.
What happens if BALL OS gets acquired?
Your Founding Partner rate is contractually protected through any change of ownership. We make this explicit in the Founding Partner Agreement — any acquirer has to honor existing Founding Partner contracts. You're not stuck with whatever the new owner decides to charge.
What's the application deadline?
First-come, first-qualified. No fixed deadline — the program closes when 25 spots are filled. We expect them to fill within Q3 2026 based on current pace. If you're considering it, apply now rather than later — the math on locked-for-life pricing strongly favors signing early in the program when the standard rate has the most room to grow above the Founder rate.
How do you decide who gets accepted?
Three criteria: (1) operational fit — you actually run a sports facility with real customers, (2) commitment readiness — you can make a decision and onboard within 30 days, and (3) diversity of program — we want the 25 spots to represent a mix of sport types, facility sizes, and geographic regions so we learn from a broad sample. We don't accept applications that look like price-shopping or that don't fit any of the four standard tiers.
